Amy A. Gregory Eells Pelley, 87, of Linesville, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2013, at Meadville Medical Center.
Born July 7, 1926 in Meadville, she was the daughter of Frank and Marie Morris Gregory. She married Raymond Eells on November 3, 1945; he preceded her in death on July 10, 1959. She later married Wesley Pelley on October 6, 1962; he preceded her in death on February 19, 1992.
Amy was a 1944 graduate of Conneautville High School. She was a loving and devoted homemaker.
She was a member of the Linesville United Methodist Church. Also, she was a member of TOPS and the Lakeland Senior Center in Linesville. Amy enjoyed sewing, cooking, decorating especially for Christmas and loved flowers.
Survivors include a daughter, Sue Blakeslee and her husband, Raymond, of Saegertown; three sons, Frank Eells and his wife, Gabrielle, of Santa Rosa, California, Brian Eells and his wife, Londa, of Linesville and Keith Pelley and his companion, Terri Kline, of Linesville; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Leora Shartle of Linesville and Ila McElroy of Meadville; a brother, Herbert Gregory of Ukiah, California; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands; a daughter, Janet Stetson; two grandsons, Jeffery and Travis Eells; a great-grandson, Evan Blakeslee; and three brothers, Floyd, Ora and Donald Gregory.
The family suggests, memorial contributions may be made to the Lakeland Senior Center, P.O. Box 934, Linesville, Pa 16424.
Calling hours will be Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville.
A funeral service will follow the calling on Thursday at 7 p.m. with Rev. Dennis E. Lawton of the Linesville United Methodist Church officiating.
Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Harmonsburg.
