Anna M. (Sobczak) Schramm

Anna M. Schramm, 93, of Espyville, formerly of Pittsburgh, passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2016, at the Meadville Medical Center.

Born August 18, 1922, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Frederick and Catherine O’Farrell Sobczak.  She married Robert A. Schramm on April 19, 1979 in Westview, Pennsylvania.

She served our country in the United States Marine Corp during World War II.

Anna was a member of St. Philip Roman Catholic Church in Linesville.  She was a member of the Italian Sons and Daughters of America Concordia Lodge 41 in Pittsburgh.  She was also a member of the Espyville Senior Citizens.

Survivors include her loving husband, Robert A. Schramm; four children, Catherine Daniels of Pittsburgh, Robert Sinicrope and his wife, Mary Ann, of McKees Rocks, Michele Wolfe of Coraopolis, and Gregory Sinicrope of McKees Rocks; five grandchildren, Janine Klein, Jeffery Daniels, Stephanie Wolfe, Nicole Kruszewski, and Jason Sinicrope; and seven great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Spencer, Malia, Kendall, Mary, Tyler and Lili.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Steven Sinicrope, who died November 12, 1973; a son-in-law, Jeffery Daniels; a granddaughter, Jamie Wolfe; two sisters, Evelyn Bockelman and Bernadine Cevarr; and a brother, John Sobczak.

Calling hours will be Tuesday from 2 to 6 p.m. at Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville.

A funeral service at the funeral home will follow the calling hours at 6 p.m. with Father Chris Hamlett of St. Philip Church officiating.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Pittsburgh.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Pittsburgh on Wednesday.
