Anne T. Trimmer, 76, of Conneaut Lake, passed away, Thursday, April 23, 2015, at Marquette Hospice House in Meadville, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born May 9, 1938, in Ipswich, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of Alberic and Antoinette Gallant Grenier. She married Anthony A. (Tony) Trimmer on January 19, 1980, in Beverly, Massachusetts.
She was a loving and devoted homemaker. She was a member of St. Philip Roman Catholic Church in Linesville.
Anne enjoyed doing puzzles and loved traveling with her husband. She cherished her family and loved spending time with them. Anne will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Anthony (Tony) Trimmer; five children, Charles J. Foley Jr., Theresa M. Foley, Pamela A. Hiner and her husband, Jeff, David A. Foley and his wife, Cathy, and Daniel J. Foley and his wife, Laura; two step-sons, Richard A. Trimmer and his wife, Laurie, and Lionel M. Trimmer and his wife, Melissa; 17 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; four brothers and sisters, Mary Martin and her husband, Bill, Paul Grenier and his wife, Ellen, Phillip Grenier, Claire Mutti and her husband, George; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Calling hours will be Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Philip Roman Catholic Church, 401 S. Mercer St., Linesville, with Father Chris Hamlett and Father John Barwin concelebrating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Anne’s name to the Yolanda G. Barco Oncology Institute, 16792 Conneaut Lake Rd. or to the Marquette Hospice House, 464 Pine St., both of Meadville, Pa 16335.
