Betty L. Reisinger

Betty L. Reisinger, 81, of Meadville, passed away on Friday, March 11, 2016, at her residence where she had been living with her daughter, Debra.

Born March 2, 1935, in Oil City, she was the daughter of Clyde and Louella Hueston Roberts.  She married Ricard E. Reisinger Jr. on May 14, 1955, in Oil City.  He preceded her in death on June 30, 2014.

Betty was a loving and devoted homemaker.  She enjoyed playing cards with her children.  Most of all she loved spending time with her family and cherished her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include seven children, Debra Sheatz of Meadville, Sherry Maddox of Meadville, Wanda Reisinger of Meadville, Tina Burch of Linesville, Diana Skinner and her husband, Ricky Staats of Williamsfield, Ohio, Richard E. Reisinger III and his wife, Stacie, of Meadville and Roger A. Reisinger and his wife, Cherie of Saegertown; 17 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; a brother, Arthur L. Roberts and his wife, Janice, of Oil City; a sister, Kathy McCormick of Youngstown, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a grandson, Derek Skinner; two brothers, Robert E. Roberts and Clyde A. Roberts; and a sister, Marian Schaeffer.

Calling hours will be Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville.

A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with Rev. Marshall Lillie, chaplain of Hospice of Crawford County, officiating.

Burial will be in Cochranton Cemetery.
