Donald William Reynolds, 71, of Greenville, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at his residence.
Born May 3, 1953, in Greenville, he was the son of Earl and Roberta (Morrison) Reynolds.
Don was a 1971 graduate of Reynolds High School. He served our country in the United States Army while stationed in Germany and was honorably discharged after serving four years.
He was an entrepreneur and sold many things over the years. He also worked as a truck driver.
Don was a member of the Greenville Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3374. He was a member of the Italian Home Club in Greenville.
He was “Superman” to his family, loved spending time with them and cherished his grandchildren. Don loved his cat and best friend, Fido.
Survivors include his children, David Bloom of Arkansas, Angela Means Brier and her husband, Gregory, of Greenville, Angela Bloom of Florida, Susan Langdon of Greenville, Daniel Reynolds of Greenville, and Alvin Porter of Greenville; several grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; his step-mother, Virginia Reynolds of Florida; and his sister, Josephine Reynolds of Florida.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Ester Means; his mother, Roberta Joann (Morrison) Reynolds; and his father, Earl Thomas Reynolds Jr.
A celebration of Don’s life will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Greenville Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 3374.
Arrangements are under the direction of Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U. S. Highway 6, Linesville.
