Donna Marie (Smith) Hartzell

Donna Marie Hartzell, 89, of Linesville, passed away Thursday, November 19, 2020, at her home.  She was born October 17, 1931, in Shermansville, PA, the daughter of Chester and Hilda (King) Smith.  She had been a long time resident of Linesville, PA.

She was a graduate of Conneautville High School.  She married Richard Hartzell on December 14, 1951, in Ashtabula, OH.

Donna was a proud wife and mother of five boys.  She loved sewing clothes for her boys and her grandchildren.  She enjoyed cooking for her family, telling stories, and shopping.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Hartzell, Linesville, PA, and four sons, Randall (Sandra) Hartzell, Estero, FL, Ronald (Tammy Sterling) Hartzell, Guys Mills, PA, Gary Hartzell, Cochranton, PA, Brian (Leanne) Hartzell, Andover, OH, her daughter-in-law Belinda Hartzell, Sarasota, FL, grandchildren: Kristy Arrigan, Thomas Hartzell, Kylie Hartzell, Jennifer Hartzell, Karissa Hartzell, and great-granddaughters: Meghan Arrigan and Amanda Arrigan; a sister, Patti Rockwell, Meadville, PA, and brothers Howard Smith, Douglasville, GA, and Gerald Smith, Meadville, PA.

She was preceded in death by her son, Denis Hartzell, grandchildren Karla Hartzell and Chad Hartzell, and brother Robert Smith.

Visitation will be Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 10:00-11:00 with a private graveside burial immediately following.  New Beginnings Church of God will be officiating.  Burial will be in Linesville Cemetery, Wallace Avenue, Linesville, PA.

Arrangements are under the direction of Royal-Coleman Funeral Home,  Linesville.
