Donna L. (Gregorich) Houck

Donna L. Houck, 75, of Conneaut Lake, passed away Monday, December 22, 2014, after a brief illness at UPMC Hamot in Erie.

Born February 4, 1939, in Uniontown, she was the daughter of John and Francis Paul Gregorich.  She married Tom N. Houck on March 6, 1959 in Wilkinsburg.

She was a 1956 graduate of Wilkinsburg High School.  She was of the Presbyterian faith.

Donna was a devoted homemaker and a loving mother, wife, and grandmother.  She adored her grandchildren and loved spending time with them.

She was a member of the Women’s Club in Meadville.  Donna enjoyed arranging flowers and liked crafting.  She loved animals, especially her cats.

Survivors include her loving husband of 55 years, Tom N. Houck; a son, Tom Houck Jr. and his wife, Julie Hood Houck, of Conneaut Lake; a daughter, Stephanie Houck of Erie; two grandsons, Cody and Tanner Houck; two sisters, Glenda Fisher and Lonnie Joyce both of Pittsburgh; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville.

A funeral service will follow the calling hours at 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with Rev. Dennis E. Lawton, of the Linesville and Harmonsburg United Methodist Churches, officiating.

Burial will be private in Evergreen Cemetery in Harmonsburg.
