Donna B. (Hellyer) Roxberry

Donna B. Roxberry, age 96, passed away Wednesday October 24, at Hospice of Crawford County, surrounded by her family.

Donna was born in Saegertown, PA on January 22, 1922. Donna was one of nine children born to Avery and Harriet(Dewey) Hellyer. Donna married Norman Roxberry (deceased) on  December 1, 1940 in Meadville PA.

She was a member of Linesville Fire Department ladies auxiliary and a long time member of Linesville United Methodist Church.

Donna was an avid crocheter and a wonderful baker, known for her cinnamon rolls and pies.

Donna had three children; Beatrice I. Waring and her husband, Brian, Howard Roxberry and his wife, Sandra (deceased), and Betty-Lou Stevens (deceased) and her husband, Larry.  Donna had one surviving sister Mildred LeBaron. Donna had 5 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandsons and numerous nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be on Saturday, November 3 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Royal Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville.  A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home, with internment directly following at the Linesville Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to Hospice of Crawford County 766 Liberty Street Meadville, PA 16335.
