Edwin M. (Ed) Arnold, 67, of Linesville, passed away on December 9, 2020, at UPMC Shadyside in Pittsburgh after a short battle with lymphoma.
Born November 23, 1953, he was the son of Edward and Sophie (Stankiewicz) Arnold. He married Shirley Smegal on March 15, 1986.
He had attended Linesville High School. Ed owned and operated Lion’s Den Pizza, Arnold’s Four Seasons, and recently Keystone Pattern Shop. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Ed was a member of the Linesville Sportsman Club, S.A.L., loved motorcycle riding, woodworking and anything else he would put his mind to. Ed loved his shepherds, Caesar, Duke, Dusty and Sampson.
Survivors include his loving wife of 34 years, Shirley Arnold; daughter, Stacey Richter; son Mark Arnold; stepdaughter, Mary Schultz; two grandchildren; brother , Gerald Miller; sister, Carolyn Graham; close brother-in-law, David Smegal; and dear friend, Linda Totten.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers Jack Miller and Dean Arnold.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Hwy 6, Linesville.
