Frances Iuta (Robertson) Overly

Frances Iuta Overly, 81, of Andover, Ohio, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at her daughter Ginny’s home in Conneautville.

Born June 10, 1942, in Stidham, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Sutterfield and Emma (Burdine) Robertson.

Frances worked as the manager at the Crystal Springs Campground in Linesville from 1986 until she retired in 2015.

She was a devoted wife and mother and will be greatly missed.

Survivors include two sons, Clifton W. Outten II and David Outten; a daughter, Ginny L. Outten; a grandson, David A. Outten; a granddaughter, Amanda K. Outten; and a great-granddaughter, Lea E. Amon.  She was also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Clifton Wesley Outten; second husband, Lyle Wayne Overly; and eight siblings.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
