Laura Jane (Wagner) Hamilton
February 23, 1925 — November 19, 2015
Laura Jane Hamilton, 90, of Espyville passed away Thursday, November 19, 2015, at Whitecliff Health and Rehabilitation Center in Greenville where she had resided the past three years.
Born February 23, 1925, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Francis and Bertha Wolff Wagner.
Laura retired from Matthews International in Pittsburgh after 16 years of service.
She enjoyed reading and listening to her old records. She loved working in the yard with her flowers and feeding the birds.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, David Robert Hamilton, who passed away on September 3, 2001. Laura was also preceded in death by her parents and her siblings.
As per her request, there will be no calling hours. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25 at Espyville Cemetery with Rev. Dennis E. Lawton of the Linesville and Harmonsburg United Methodist Churches officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville.
