Lillian S. (Lil) Bolharsky, 83, of Linesville passed away on Monday, May 9, 2016, after a lengthy illness at Rolling Fields in Conneautville where she had resided the past 1 ½ years.

Born August 31, 1932, in Youngstown, Ohio, she was the daughter of Samuel and Julia Parabek Laska.  She married Anatol (Anthony) Bolharsky on February 23, 1952 in Youngstown.  He preceded her in death on September 28, 1996.

She was a 1950 graduate of Chaney High School in Youngstown.  Lil was a loving and devoted homemaker.

In 1975, Lil and Anthony moved to the Linesville area.   They built Forestview Restaurant in Linesville in 1977 and for over 20 years owned and operated the restaurant.

She was a member of the Linesville United Methodist Church.  She was active at the church with the women’s group and teaching Sunday School.   She was also a member of the Pymatuning Sportsman’s Club in Linesville.

Lil loved playing cards with her friends and was an avid bingo player.

Survivors include a daughter, Victoria Giovangnoli and her husband, Tom, of Rootstown, Ohio; two sons, Walter Bolharsky of Andover and Ted Bolharsky of Linesville; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Anatol (Anthony) Bolharsky; two brothers; and two sisters.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Burial will be in Linesville Cemetery.
