Marlene E. Yalenty, 67, of Franklin, passed away on Wednesday, June 19, at the Meadville Medical Center.
Born November 8, 1956, in Meadville, she was the daughter of Marshall and Dorothy (Berry) Jenkins.
She was a 1975 graduate of Linesville High School. She worked for many years in customer service.
Marlene enjoyed crocheting and writing music. She loved angels and chocolate. She cherished spending time with family and will be greatly missed.
Survivors include her daughter, Jennifer Amory and her husband, David, of Franklin; two grandsons, Dawson Robinson and his wife, Kyra, of Meadville and Jacob Dolder of Franklin; two great-grandchildren, Raylan Onspaugh and Xoey Robinson; four brothers, Ron Jenkins and his wife, Theresa, Jim Jenkins, Eddy Jenkins and Daryl Jenkins; a sister, Marsha Moyer; many nieces and nephews; and longtime best friend, Darlene Brown.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Donald Jenkins.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
Burial will be in Linesville Cemetery.
