Stephen Charles Himes, 43, of Espyville, passed away Sunday, June 2, 2013, at Meadville Medical Center.

Born October 4, 1969, in Greenville, he was the son of Charles (Bob) R. and Louise Mogyoros Himes.  He married Heather Thomas on October 19, 1996, at the North Shenango Presbyterian Church.

He was of the Presbyterian faith.  Stephen was a 1988 graduate of Linesville High School.  He was employed by Imperial Carbide in Meadville.

Stephen enjoyed fishing on Pymatuning Lake, hunting, golfing, camping and four wheeler riding.  Most of all, he loved spending time with his daughter and wife.  He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Survivors include his loving wife of 16 years, Heather Himes; a daughter, Rebecca M. Himes; his parents, Charles (Bob) and Louise Himes; two brothers, Michael Himes and his wife, Melanie, and Timothy Himes and his wife, Tonya, all of Espyville; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Calling hours will be Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville.  Additional calling will be Thursday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

A funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Rev. David Cox, Pastor of the Greenville First Baptist Church officiating.

Burial will be in Espyville Cemetery.
