Virginia Marie (Motter) Payne

Virginia Marie Payne, 90, of Conneaut, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, September 17th, 2023, at her residence.

Born December 11, 1932, in Shippenville, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Mildred Wagner Motter.

For 25 years, she worked at Jamboree Foods in Pierpont, Ohio. She was a member of Penn Line Church of Christ in Pierpont, Ohio. She will be greatly missed by everyone that knew her.

Survivors include 3 children, Patricia Hogle of St. Lucie, Florida, Bonnie (William) Harvey of Pierpont Ohio and Larry (Cyndee) Clark of Austinburg, Ohio ; five step-children, Bobby (Ellen) Snow of Florida, Helen (Joel) Bearce of Kingsville, Ohio, Barb (Robert) Beatman of Conneaut, Ohio, Ronald (Barb) Snow of Conneaut, Ohio, George (Kathy) Snow of New York. She has 15 grandchildren, Leigh (Mark) Olmsted, Jeremy (Danielle) Kirsch, Miranda Kirsch, Trisha Harvey, Heather (Shaun) McRoberts, Adam Soyster, Uriah (Kitreena) Lucero, Bobby (Brittany) Snow Jr., Becky (Travis) Snow, Matthew (Maria) Lockwood, Michael (Jessica) Lockwood, Tommy (India) Bearce, Chuck (Roxanne) Beatman, Ronnie (Morgan) Snow Jr. and Jared Snow; 39 great grandchildren, Tyler Robinson, Megan (Tyler) Primmer, Dylan Hall, Ethan Hall, Caden McRoberts, Piper Snow, Ruby Snow, Harper Snow, Mira Lockwood, Emilee Lockwood, Nayden Lockwood, Davian Lockwood, Kaitlyn Bearce, Russell Bearce, Rockey Bearce, Dominick Beatman, Merissa Beatman, Derick Beatman, Reily Beatman, Dylan Alexis Snow, Alaina Sabo, Bentley Snow, Jorden Snow, Bryson Snow, Brayden Snow, Cassandra (Jon) Coates, Kayla (John) Gerardi, Zachary Kirsch, Allyson Olmsted, Mary (Alex) Mackay, Jalyn Sullo, Natalie Kirsch, Madison Ely, Skyler Wadding, Orrin Larue, Ferleen Lucero, Celeste Lucero; 3 great great-grandchildren, Skyler Tucker, Josie Primmer and Riston Primmer; and a brother David (Julie) Motter of Seneca Pennsylvania.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Edward Clark; her third husband, Charles Payne whom she loved very dearly; her daughter, Wanda Jean Clark whom she missed every day; stepson Richard (Butch) Snow; sister Elise Motter; her brothers, Arthur Motter and Gerald Motter; grandsons Chad Beatman and Anthony a.k.a. Tony Snow.

The family will receive friends on Monday, September 25th from 2 to 5 p.m. at Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville.  A funeral will follow at 5 p.m. with Pastor Ron Welker of the Penn Line Church of Christ officiating. Private burial will be in Linesville Cemetery.
